Is everything 100% authentic and sealed?

Yes. We only sell factory-sealed, official Pokémon TCG product, sourced from trusted distributors. Nothing is ever opened or resealed.

How does pre-order work?

Pre-order items are reserved before their official release. Your order is placed at checkout and ships as soon as our allocation arrives — usually on or around release day. The expected window is shown on each product page.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

We ship from our depot in France, worldwide and fully tracked. Europe: 2–3 business days. North America: 4–7 business days. Other regions vary — contact us to confirm.

How much is shipping?

Tracked shipping is free on orders over $150. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

What is your return policy?

Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our refund policy for full details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and more — shown at checkout. Payments are secured with SSL and 3D Secure.
