Returns & refunds

Because we sell collectible trading card products, we accept returns only on items that are unopened and in their original factory-sealed condition.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To start one, email clients@thehiddencards.com with your order number.

• Items must be returned sealed, unused and in their original packaging.
• Opened, unsealed or customer-damaged items cannot be returned.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
